The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Hospice-at-Home program ensures
continuity of care for terminally ill patients wishing to spend the
last stages of their lives with their loved ones with the highest level
of comfort and care. Through a grant from the Susan G. Komen Breast
Cancer Foundation, the VNA Hospice-at-Home will provide free hospice
care to a limited number of patients from April 2003 to March 2004.
