Important Information About Activity Requests
1. Please refer to our Passport to Enjoyment before requesting an activity to explore the many ways we can help you to enjoy life!
2. Before making an activity request, please make sure that you have the following information:
- Specific date and time for the activity with an alternative date and/or time.
- The number of people attending and that they are all available to participate on dates requested.
- Ages of those attending (many events have different prices for seniors and children).
3. An activity counts for the month it happens, not the month it is requested.
4. As always, the participant must take part in all activities arranged by the Foundation.
5. As a reminder, we now require 5 business days to process all activity requests and any requests left on voicemail or email after 5:00 PM is considered to be received the next business day. Also, please be aware that the office will be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. These holidays will affect the 5 business day requirement, so please plan accordingly.
