Alumni Association
We invited our first "class" of alumni to join the Diana Price-Fish Cancer Foundation Alumni Association in March of 2003. This group was comprised of former program participants who had "graduated" as healthy, as well as the family members of former participants who are no longer with us. Invitations are extended to alumni approximately one year after the participant is discharged from our program, and annual membership renewals are generated monthly. Depending on the level of membership selected, a member will receive our annual Alumni News as well as a DPFCF Alumni t-shirt and/or lapel pin.
The Alumni Association was created to reach out to people who had been touched by our services, and give them the opportunity to re-connect with us. Our hope was that families who had benefited from our programs would be interested in ensuring that future cancer patients and their loved ones would be able to enjoy the same opportunities that they had once experienced.
